Dear Customer Services,
Last year we stayed at the Nashville Hilton. I am fragrance sensitive and find it intolerable to stay in hotel rooms that have been cleaned with perfumed cleaners, (or are mouldy or smokey). Our room at the Hilton was very perfumed and gave me a headache after a few minutes. We asked hotel management if we could do anything to fix the smell in the room. We were told that they could use an ozone unit in the room, but we would have to vacate it for an hour. It worked like magic. It think it was a black older model of the Rainbowair Activator 250 Series II. We used it twice during our stay and each time it was successful. I am also sensitive to mould, smoke, pets and cooking smells. I would love to have one of your products. I like the look of the easily transportable small Newaire plugin. US$149.95 (plus postage). Could we use your appliance with an Australian/US plug adaptor? How much would postage be?

Hi John,
Our office kitchen area is smelling better than ever—and it is all thanks to you! With a refrigerator full of half-eaten diet food, we are accustomed to a not-so-pleasant scent, but now there is no need to race past the kitchen to avoid the smell. It doesn’t have one!!! I have to tell you that I really put Newaire to the test when I put one in my teenage son’s room and the odors from dirty socks vanished. It is a truly fantastic device and it really works. You have a winner on your hands!

As you know our Casino is a very busy place and the restrooms get a grand work out. After we put in the Newaire units there has been a delightful change in the odor. We have not had any complaints about odors from our guest, and the best result is that our employees take such pride in how the guests react to having fresh restrooms for their use.

Occasionally a product comes to our attention that exceeds expectations. Our experience with the NEWAIRE Plug In is a perfect example. Not only is any hint of cigarette smoke, pet odor or any other unpleasant odor removed, no scent is left behind which often is not tolerated by our guests.
Another bonus is the cost. We found the units to be more efficient than the traditional expensive ozone machines that must be placed and removed by employees. The NEWAIRE units are easily installed and require little maintenance.
Thank you for introducing us to this product. We have purchased them for two of our hotels and are making plans to purchase more. Any future new construction will include them.

I am writing in regards to the Electronic odor control unit we were chosen to try out at the Days Inn DFW North property in Irving, TX. It has been almost a year and a half since we have started using newaire units in our guest rooms and what a difference it has made! Throughout the time we have had the units in the rooms, our GSI scores have had a significant increase when guests have been rating the smell in the rooms during their stays. I would highly recommend other properties using newaire, not only to help with GSI scores, but also to make sure that all of our guests that stay with us have a better than expected stay. In March of 2007, the New Bern Days Hotel installed the Newaire Plug In room deodorizer in all of its guestrooms. Since that time we have seen an improvement in the overall room smell and environment in general. I would strongly recommend the Newaire Plugin to any hotel property who is concerned about in room odors or just wants to be sure that the guest rooms are always fresh. The Newaire Plug’s should be part of all hotel’s efforts to provide great fresh smelling rooms.

Dear Ms Duffy,
I recently purchased 4 Newaire HW500 ozone machines for our 4 pet rooms. Before installing the units, even though the rooms were cleaned well, they still had an odor of “wet dog” that was only masked by air fresheners and deodorizers. Since the installation of the units, there is a significant improvement in these rooms. I’m now seriously thinking of installing them in the public restrooms and some of our former smoking rooms which even after several years as non-smoking rooms still carry that faint odor. I am so impressed with this product, I highly recommend it.
